Shipping Policy

Shipping Area
We currently ship within Canada only.

Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Carriers
Orders are usually shipped via Canada Post or Purolator. Depending on the destination, parcel type, operational needs, or service availability, we may also use other reliable courier partners when necessary.

Deliverable Address Types
We currently ship to valid residential and business street addresses within eligible Canadian regions only.

Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Customers must provide a complete street address at checkout. Orders with incomplete, incorrect, or non-deliverable addresses may be delayed, canceled, or require additional confirmation before shipment.

Estimated Delivery Time
The following estimated delivery times do not include order processing time.

Most provinces: 3–6 business days
Newfoundland and Labrador: 5–10 business days
Remote areas: delivery may take longer depending on the location and carrier service availability

Local Warehouse Fulfillment
To improve delivery efficiency, some orders may be fulfilled through our local warehouse network in Canada, including Calgary, Kentville, Toronto, Niagara, Vancouver, and Mississauga, where applicable.

Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to your email as soon as it becomes available.

Split Shipments
If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on stock availability or warehouse location. If this happens, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.

Shipping Delays
While we work hard to deliver your order on time, delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, holidays, remote delivery locations, courier disruptions, or high order volume. We appreciate your understanding.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address and contact details are correct before placing your order. MapleBudgetShop is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable customer information.
