Refund & Return Policy

Return Eligibility

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase or order confirmation may be required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been used, damaged, washed, altered, or mishandled after delivery
  • Items not returned in their original packaging
  • Items missing parts, accessories, manuals, or other included components
  • Final sale, clearance, or non-returnable items where stated
  • Any item returned without prior contact and approval

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

After review, we will provide appropriate support based on the situation, which may include a replacement, refund, partial refund, or other reasonable resolution.

Please do not send any item back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will review the case and provide support accordingly.

For returns not caused by a product issue, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Original Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges paid on the order are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Inspection and Refunds

Once your returned item is received, we will inspect it before processing the refund.

If the return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. The exact timing may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

If the returned item does not meet the return conditions, we may reject the refund or issue only a partial refund where appropriate.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please request a return first (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
